IMPORTANT FOR CIIP & STUDENTS

CIIP shall impart training, internship and instructions only in the areas, subjects and for the courses for which it has been granted approval by the EIILM University and NCIS.

CIIP shall comply with all the provisions, rules and regulations framed from time to time by the EIILM University and NCIS.

CIIP should maintain all registers and records and made available as and when required for inspection by the EIILM University or by authorized associates.

The Counseling/ Admission by CIIP shall be made in accordance with the directions issued by the EIILM University.

CIIP shall not collect either directly or through any of its associates any capitation fee or donation from any of University Trainee/ student or employee, other then the prescribed fee and charges approved by the EIILM University.

CIIP shall admit only eligible students with requisite qualification as per norms prescribed by the EIILM University.

CIIP shall not publish advertisements even mentioning subject to affiliation without obtaining approval of the respective Training/ Internship.

CIIP is not permitted to issue certificate/ diploma/ degree to the students of their institute by mentioning affiliated to EIILM University.

CIIP Administration Head will be responsible to conduct all necessary Training, Internship and Study modules as prescribed by EIILM University.

CIIP Administration Head shall be responsible for payment of all taxes, duties, levies, fees and other similar costs arising because of or in connection with transactions contemplated under this arrangement.

It is understood that the arrangement between the EIILM University, NCIS and CIIP contemplated by this proposal shall be on a basis of object in question. No clause of this association will deemed to constitute a joint venture, franchising activity, agency, a partnership or principle-agent relationship between parties hereto and neither party, by virtue of this proposal, shall have the right, power or authority to act or create any obligation, express or implied, on behalf of the other party.

CIIP Administration Head shall be responsible for implementing the policies, programmes, and instructions of EIILM University, from time to time.

If any provision of this arrangement, shall, for any reason be held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in any respect, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall not affect any other provision hereof, and this arrangement shall be construed as if such invalid, illegal or unenforceable provision had never been contained herein. Any invalid or unenforceable provision of this arrangement shall be replaced with a provision that is valid and enforceable and most nearly gives effect to the original intent of the invalid/ unenforceable provision.

The provisions of the said services by CIIP to EIILM University shall be on an exclusive basis, wherein CIIP shall not be entitled during the term of your its with EIILM University and NCIS to provide such or similar services to any other University/ Institute or individual.

The CIIP Administration Head shall be solely responsible for any claim raised by any Trainee, Student under consumer protection Act or any other Law.

The EIILM University will formulate a sound mechanism to receive feedback from trainees, students, to assess the performance of the CIIP.

Setting up of training, practical, evaluation and examination centre is prerogative of EIILM University. However, enrolment of students, space, connectivity, location and other facilities will be the main criterion for the same.

If this arrangement is cancelled by any party, in such cases the CIIP Administration Head will have legal & moral binding, to cater to all liabilities, whatsoever, towards students.

All disputes related to EIILM University, NCIS, CIIP, or any other associated party will be subject to the jurisdiction of Allahabad only.

CIIP Coordinator shall submit complete fees of student which includes tution fees, Registration fees, examination fees at the time of submission of student admission cum examination form. In case of defecieng in fees, the forms will be rejected without any notice to CIIP coordinator and CIIP coordinator shall be sole responsible for any claim of students under such conditions

The NCIS is responsible for only duly filled NCIS Internship & training Application form/ admission cum examination form submitted to NCIS office along with complete fee & previous academic testimonials attested by gazzatted officer or notary with in the last date of admission for the respective examination.
